Job Description Processing data inconsistency cases out of a ticketing system Analyze data in the system to understand the current state of a customer's tenant with accuracy Initiate the appropriate action towards the customer Inform the Account Team of available options to facilitate decision-making Transform sales decisions or data evidence in CRM into the appropriate transaction (closure, blocking…) to maximize tenant data clean-up Collaborate with other team members and contribute to the evolution of systems and processes by building know-how and sharing gaps observed during daily tasks Candidate Profile Experience in IT helpdesk positions or application and cloud systems support Experience with SAP products and cloud environments is an asset Ability to establish technical execution of business needs Fluent English is a must, any other language is a plus An inquisitive mindset and ability to learn quickly Ability to assist internal colleagues efficiently We Offer Elaborate hands-on training to give you a smooth start 5 weeks of holidays and 6 sick days a year Possibility to work from home two days a week A monthly Cafeteria budget Salary compensation for up to 15 days of sickness a year Benefits Option for Remote Work Meal vouchers Sick Days Extra vacation Cafeteria system Multisport Card Contribution We are looking forward to your CV!
