Roofing Supervisor / Project manager

Protech Roofing is seeking an experienced Roofing Supervisor / Project Manager to oversee both residential and commercial roofing projects. This position is for a strong leader who can manage job sites, crews, schedules, and customer relations while keeping projects running smoothly and professionally. Must Have Requirements: Proven experience in both commercial and residential roofing Valid driver’s license Clean background check Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes Responsibilities: Manage multiple roofing job sites from start to finish Schedule dumpsters, material deliveries, inspections, and crews Order and verify materials for accuracy and availability Perform pre-job walk-throughs with homeowners and commercial clients Meet with property owners and handle questions, concerns, and changes Handle job site issues and resolve problems quickly and professionally Ensure job quality and compliance with company standards Track job progress, timelines, and completion Maintain clear communication with office staff, suppliers, and crews Conduct final inspections and job closeouts Qualifications: 3+ years of roofing or construction project management experience preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment Basic computer and smartphone skills (email, photos, scheduling apps) Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance Paid vacation Paid sick days Performance bonuses Opportunity for long-term growth in a stable, expanding company About Protech Roofing: We are a professional, integrity-driven roofing company focused on quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.
