You're comfortable working with GIS and planning tools, collaborating closely with teammates, and supporting client-facing work. You're energized by problem-solving, adaptable in fast-moving environments, and interested in growing into a project leadership role over time.What You'll DoDevelop and refine school attendance boundary scenarios using planning software and GIS toolsRedraw boundaries to reflect new campus openings, closures, and district growthSupport client workshops and public meetings with real-time technical and GIS expertiseCreate maps, data visuals, and planning scenarios for client presentationsIncorporate client feedback through post-meeting revisions and follow-up communicationCollaborate with Advisors on long-range enrollment and facilities planning projectsMaintain organized project files, datasets, and documentationAs experience grows, take ownership of select projects and increased client interactionWhat You BringBachelor's degree in urban & Regional Planning, Geography, GIS, or a related field3-5+ years of experience in planning and/or GIS-focused rolesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environmentBonus Points If You HaveExperience supporting K-12 school district planning or facilities planning projectsExposure to demographic analysis, enrollment projections, or boundary planning conceptsExperience presenting or supporting public meetings or client workshopsClient-facing or consulting experienceHands-on experience with GIS platforms such as ArcGIS or similar toolsGrowth at ZondaThis role is designed to grow with you.
