Shift Supervisor/Barista

Earn great tips, average hourly rate starting for shift leader position with tips comes out to 17-18/hour dependent on the day. Early mornings required. For the first two months shifts and placement will fluctuate while you learn all the positions. After a month of training, shifts will be mostly set, morning shifts primarily, with flexible scheduling! During time off periods, works with general manager to ensure adequate coverage. Great long term growth options. Requirements: Occasional full weekends when necessary One Weekend day required Responsibilities include: Ensures store functions properly in General Managers absence. Meets goals set out by management and ownership Creates a fun and hospitable working environment Taking Orders, Upselling. Ensures team members do the same Leads by example. We are looking for a leader, not a boss. Light Cleaning Drink preparation Ensures store is maintained in GMs absence. Communicates with general manager about store needs. Reliable transportation needed 2 years cafe/coffee shop experience strongly preferred Great attitudes only! Management experience a huge bonus Wage dependent on experience!
