We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic Tasting Room Associates to help us launch. This is a unique opportunity to join us on the ground floor and help set the standard for hospitality at our new home. As a new local gem in Grass Valley, we are building a space where wine lovers can gather to savor our creations in a welcoming atmosphere. We need your help to introduce our passion to the community! What You’ll Do As the face of our new location, you will: Host & Guide: Lead guests through wine tastings, sharing the story of our winery and the details of our varietals. Drive Sales: Utilize your previous wine sales experience to recommend bottles, process transactions, and encourage wine club sign-ups. Create Atmosphere: Maintain a pristine and organized tasting room to ensure a top-tier guest experience. Engage: Provide exceptional customer service that turns first-time visitors into regulars. Schedule & Compensation We believe in a healthy work-life balance. Hours: Our operating hours are 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (No late nights!). Shifts: Flexible 6 or 8-hour shifts based on business needs. Pay: Competitive hourly wage plus pooled tips, significantly boosting your take-home pay. What We’re Looking For Experience: Previous wine sales experience is highly preferred. At least 1 year in hospitality or customer service is required. Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for wine and a desire to learn.
