Temporary role with potential for permanent opportunity Assistant Rental Property Manager – Leasing Administration$18.00 per hour | Monday–Friday | Temporary with potential for permanent hire Benefits for the Assistant Rental Property Manager – Leasing Administration(Available after hire‐on with the Client and completion of the employer's benefit waiting period)Government benefits packageMedical, Life, and Vacation benefitsStable Monday–Friday scheduleTemporary role with potential for permanent opportunityResponsibilities for the Assistant Rental Property Manager – Leasing AdministrationAssist with rent collection, issuing receipts, late notices, and court paperworkComplete re‐certifications, interim rent changes, and update MIS systemsSupport occupancy management and help fill vacant unitsProvide high‐quality customer service; respond to resident concerns within 24 hoursPrepare letters related to lease violations, housekeeping issues, and compliance agreementsCoordinate with maintenance staff and assist with vendor/contractor activityRequirements for the Assistant Rental Property Manager – Leasing AdministrationHigh School Diploma or Associate DegreeKnowledge of re‐certifications, tenant eligibility, and income changesBasic understanding of Public Housing, Affordable Housing, and Tax Credit programsStrong written, verbal, and customer service skillsAbility to work with diverse personalities and resolve conflict professionallyTeam‐oriented mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
