Customer Service Advisor

Compensation:$17 - $18 hourly Responsibilities:Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our companyAnswer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiriesHelp keep track of parts inventory, orders and returns.
