A company is looking for a CBE Instructional Designer to support faculty in creating high-quality, accessible, and inclusive learning experiences. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with faculty to design evidence-informed courses and develop engaging digital content Support continuous improvement initiatives and accessibility enhancements for online learning Facilitate faculty training and community-building for remote instructors Required Qualifications Master's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or a related field Minimum of three years of professional experience in instructional design or a closely related field Experience working with faculty in higher education Experience designing or supporting online learning, preferably in competency-based education
