Bartending opportunities at Spring & Main offer the versatility of working in multiple bar environments or finding your niche at just one. Responsibilities:Build positive relationships with guestsDevelop a thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus, as well as beverage recipesAccurately ring up all food and beverages, per customer orderClean and sanitize all workspaces and food/beverage surfaces per restaurant protocolsProvide safe alcohol service through use of company resources, proper ID checks, and identifying signs of intoxicationManage Guest Checkout Process by Efficiently and Responsibly Handling Cash and Credit Card TransactionsEffectively Communicate with Serving, Kitchen, and Management Teams to Provide Quality Customer ServiceMix cocktails - following house recipes while using correct measurements for liquor poursFollow all safety and sanitation procedures per company policy, in alignment with Health Department RegulationsRequired Qualifications:1+ years of Bartending and/or Cocktail Mixing Experience PreferredEnthusiasm for Customer Service and a Guest-First MentalityBasic computer literacyBasic math skillsMust be 21+ to applyWhat We Offer:Spring & Main provides a fun and family-friendly work environment.
