The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of program strategies, ensuring the quality and success of the student experience, and managing all aspects of the MBA student lifecycle. This includes recruitment, admissions, advising, programming, and student support. The role also involves coordinating experiential learning opportunities, such as global study trips and capstone projects, and collaborating with faculty and senior administrators to meet enrollment and programmatic goals. The Executive Director will be accountable for data integrity, external representation, and the integration of MS programs within the broader graduate strategy.Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a master’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years' professional experience, with a strong background in graduate or professional education. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program administration, admissions, student services, or academic affairs, and must have at least 5 years' experience in a leadership role, including 2 years' of supervising full-time employees. Strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, and financial stewardship are essential qualities for this role.
