Service Center Manager – High Voltage Testing
Location: Boston, MA
Summary
Seeking an experienced Operations Leader with electrical testing/service background to manage the Boston Service Center. Responsible for territory growth, team leadership, customer management, and overall operational and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage P&L, revenue growth, and service quality for the Boston region.
Build and maintain customer relationships; support sales and proposal development.
Oversee scheduling, field operations, job audits, and project execution.
Lead, mentor, and develop Field Engineers and Technicians.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards (NETA/OSHA/NFPA).
Support invoicing, reporting, and contract reviews.
Qualifications
5+ years in electrical/industrial service or power systems testing.
Strong operations, leadership, and customer communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft tools and testing equipment basics.
Valid driver’s license; ability to travel ~25%.
Education
BSEE/BSEET, Electrical Technical School graduate, or Military Electrical/Nuclear background (Navy strongly preferred).

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
