Mechanical Assembler

*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications. This position offers an engaging environment where manual dexterity, technical skills, and a proactive attitude are highly valued. *Duties* * Be able to take direction and follow instructions. * Work independently * measure with precision. * Operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial tools to assemble mechanical parts * Conduct machining tasks as needed to prepare parts for assembly or repair * Follow safety protocols by properly using personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to shop safety standards * run low voltage electrical wire. Make wire connections * Perform manual handling of parts and assemblies with care to ensure quality and safety throughout the process *Experience* * Proven experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing environments * Strong knowledge of interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics * Familiarity with using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools * Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment effectively * Basic understanding of shop math and manufacturing processes * Experience with mechanical blueprint interpretation and assembly documentation is preferred * Knowledge of soldering techniques and machining processes is a plus Join us in creating innovative solutions through precise mechanical assembly!
