In this role, you will develop reports and dashboards, identify business trends, and provide actionable insights to improve customer engagement and organizational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and validate CRM and Salesforce data from multiple sources.Develop dashboards and reports to track sales, customer, and business performance.Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and operational metrics.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business teams to support data-driven decisions.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within CRM systems.Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.2–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst with CRM or Salesforce platforms.Strong experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools.Experience working with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and CRM data.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with Salesforce CRM, Power BI, or Tableau.Knowledge of CRM analytics, sales reporting, and customer lifecycle management.Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.Experience with SQL databases and reporting tools.Any certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, or Tableau Desktop Specialist are a plus.About Aaratech Inc.Aaratech Inc. is a technology-driven organization focused on delivering innovative solutions across cybersecurity, healthcare, and enterprise domains.
