You'll support production goals while helping maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment.What You'll Do as an Equipment OperatorOperate loaders and other heavy equipment safelyPerform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenanceMove, stage, and dismantle vehicles within the yardFollow all safety standards, PPE requirements, and SOPsHelp maintain clean and functional equipmentAssist with general automotive recycling tasks as neededWork outdoors in all weather conditionsSupport store operations and meet team performance goalsGrow your skills, assist your team, and perform other assigned tasks.What You Bring as an Equipment OperatorExperience operating loaders or similar heavy equipmentBasic mechanical or automotive knowledgeAbility to follow safety procedures and work with minimal supervisionStrong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbsComfortable working indoors/outdoors in varying weatherReliable transportationPreferred: forklift/equipment certifications, auto parts knowledge, mechanical experience, bilingual (English/Spanish)About Pull-A-PartPull-A-Part is a national leader in the self-service used auto parts and recycling industry, operating 35+ superstores nationwide.
