We are committed to intentional connectivity and an energy-positive culture to ensure every member of the Prolink Family has the opportunity to succeed personally, professionally, and financially today and tomorrow.JOB SUMMARYThe Client Relationship Manager (CRM) position is within Prolink's Operations and Sales departments and partners with key stakeholders to manage client fulfillment, retention, and growth by providing a world class experience to direct local, direct national, or VMS account(s).RESPONSIBILITIESAct as a liaison between each account and internal stakeholders to ensure high levels of client satisfactionRetain and grow volume within existing accountsProvide support to set fulfillment team goalsPerform simple financial calculations and implement simple cost-saving strategiesSeek support to conduct basic competitor research and analysisCoordinate client QBRs and internal client meetingsAchieve performance targets for a portfolio size up to $100 million with up to 100 Talent on Assignment (TOA) as defined through weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metricsPerform other related duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS Willing and able to travel as needed2+ years of experience in staffing industryKnowledge of staffing industry business models and trendsBasic understanding of financial management, workforce solutions, and data-driven decision-makingExcellent communication, relationship building, and customer service skillsAble to learn new concepts and effectively apply themAble to work with others to solve problemsAble to be flexible and adaptable to meet tight deadlines, deliver results, and quickly pivot based on shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environmentAble to use a variety of business or technical programs to complete tasksHigh level of integrity, motivation, accountability, perseverance, and alignment with Prolink's valuesPREFERENCESSales or account management experienceFamiliarity with vendor management and applicant tracking systemsCandidates with additional and relevant experience, education, licensing, or certification beyond the role's requirements and/or specific to the nature of Prolink's business will be given additional consideration in the candidate selection process.
