MRI Technician

This role involves performing diagnostic MRI procedures with a focus on delivering quality patient care.Provide care and support to patients during MRI exams, ensuring they understand procedures and safety protocols.Operate GE/Siemens 1.5/3.0 T MRI equipment competently and adhere to safety standards to protect patient wellbeing.Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and excellent communication, while utilizing appropriate equipment like Meditech, Sun Workstation, and pulse oximeters.Meet performance standards in customer service, teamwork, and resource management, contributing to departmental efficiency.Perform additional duties as needed for smooth department operation.Qualifications include ARRT-approved radiology training or MRI degree, 2+ years experience preferred, and valid ARRT MRI licensure. BLS certification is required. Must demonstrate teamwork and a willingness to collaborate effectively.
