Event Manager
Key Responsibilities:Event Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute event strategies aligned with business goals and industry verticalsPlan in-person, virtual, and hybrid events including conferences, executive roundtables, trade shows, and client workshopsEnd-to-End Event ExecutionManage full event lifecycle: concept, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, execution, and post-event analysisCoordinate venues, vendors, speakers, and partners to ensure seamless deliveryStakeholder & Client EngagementPartner with sales teams to identify target accounts and support pipeline generationEngage senior stakeholders (clients, partners, executives) to ensure event relevance and impactMarketing & PromotionCollaborate with digital, content, and campaign teams to design promotional strategies (email outreach, social, ABM campaigns)Ensure strong event branding and messagingGlobal CoordinationWork with global marketing teams to align regional events with global campaigns and prioritiesEnsure consistency in brand and messaging across geographiesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field5+ years of experience in event marketing or event management, preferably in IT servicesExperience managing large-scale corporate or tech eventsStrong project management and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and marketing platformsAbility to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
