Remote Relational Psychotherapist (PsyD, PhD, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MFT)- Part Time/Full Time
(PsyD, PhD, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC)
Intersect Clinical Services is a fully remote group practice based in Massachusetts, specializing in work with high-achieving adults navigating high-pressure environments. We are seeking a culturally responsive clinician to join our small and growing practice.
Our clients are often thoughtful, driven adults presenting with complex trauma, relationship concerns, identity-based stress, and racial or cultural issues, and are seeking therapy that is both depth-oriented and grounded.
Our Clinical Approach
We practice from an integrative model that includes trauma-informed care, relational psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based work, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. Clinicians with training in other modalities are welcome, particularly those who value relational depth, clinical intentionality, and ethical practice.
About You
Our ideal candidate is a thoughtful, ethical, and self-directed clinician who brings warmth, emotional presence, and curiosity into the therapeutic relationship while maintaining clear professional boundaries.
You are someone who:
Values strong rapport and clinical attunement with clients
Works well with high-achieving adults and understands the internal pressures they often carry
Approaches therapy with depth, nuance, and consistency rather than a one-size-fits-all model
Is comfortable upholding practice policies and clinical structure while remaining relationally engaged
Demonstrates a genuine commitment to social justice and anti-racism in both values and practice
We are especially interested in clinicians who have experience working with adults from multicultural backgrounds, particularly Black/African American/African Diaspora clients. Applicants with training or lived experience related to LGBTQ+ identities and racial or cultural concerns are strongly encouraged to apply.
