Precision Millwright

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Precision Millwright to join our team. As a critical member of our operations, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex industrial machinery and equipment. We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety. Responsibilities: * Install, align, and level precision machinery and equipment according to blueprints, schematics, and specifications. * Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on a variety of industrial equipment, including but not limited to: levelers, rotary shears, pumps, motors, and hydraulic systems. * Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure equipment accuracy and performance. * Repair and replace worn or broken components. * Collaborate with engineers and technicians to identify and resolve equipment issues. * Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Precision Millwright with a strong track record of success. * In-depth knowledge of precision measurement tools and techniques. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Preferred Qualifications: * Trade school diploma or equivalent. * Experience with specific types of machinery or equipment relevant to our industry. * Welding and fabrication skills. * Computer proficiency.
