Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager based in Chestnut Ridge, NY. The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of restoration and construction projects, including planning, managing project timelines, and coordinating expedited repairs to damaged properties. Responsibilities include leading inspection processes, managing logistics, overseeing compliance with safety and quality standards, and ensuring seamless communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members. The role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently. Qualifications Proficiency in Project Management and strong organizational skills to oversee tasks from initiation to completionExperience in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely progress and resolve delaysKnowledge of Inspection processes to evaluate project quality and compliance with standardsSkills in Logistics Management to effectively coordinate materials, resources, and team workflowsExcellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with clientsAbility to operate in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detailFamiliarity with restoration construction or insurance-related projects is a strong advantageProficiency in project management software and tools is preferred
