E-Commerce Marketing Specialist

Position Summary The Ecommerce Marketing Specialist supports the growth of Waterfront Brands’ direct-to-consumer ecommerce business. This role focuses on the hands-on execution of ecommerce and performance marketing initiatives, including paid media, SEO, on-site conversion optimization, and performance reporting. The Ecommerce Marketing Specialist owns day-to-day execution across key digital marketing channels, working closely with the Marketing and Ecommerce teams as well as external partners to drive profitable revenue growth. This role applies traditional marketing fundamentals alongside modern ecommerce and paid media tactics, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and measurable results. The position operates as an individual contributor, supporting seasonal promotions and ongoing optimization efforts while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and sensitivity to the dealer network. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Execute and manage day-to-day paid media programs; provide oversight for our digital media management partners to ensure strategic alignment and execution. Support campaign setup, optimization, creative testing, and performance monitoring Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure campaigns align with revenue and efficiency goals Monitor ROAS, spend pacing, and performance trends Support on-site conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts, including: Landing page performance, Product page optimization, and Promotional and seasonal content execution Assist with testing initiatives to improve conversion rate and customer experience Support seasonal promotions and ecommerce campaigns from planning through execution Execute foundational SEO initiatives in collaboration with leadership and partners Support content updates and optimizations aligned with keyword strategy and ecommerce goals Assist with on-site content improvements to drive qualified traffic Support email and SMS marketing execution through Klaviyo and HubSpot Assist with campaign setup, QA, and performance tracking Coordinate ecommerce messaging across channels for promotions and campaigns Monitor ecommerce performance using GA4 and dashboards Prepare regular performance reporting with clear, accurate data Identify trends, opportunities, and issues impacting traffic, conversion, and revenue Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across platforms Qualifications/Education Associate’s degree preferred (or equivalent/supplemental experience) Strong written and verbal communication skills Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail  High level of initiative and accountability Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines  Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Understanding of graphic design and creative concepts; experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva Familiarity with Google AdWords, Meta Ads, GA4 and Google Tag Manager, as well as digital CRM and Marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, SEMRush, JustUno) Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Work Location: In person
