Multi-Unit Manager

Round Table Pizza has a long history of delivering high-quality pizza and exceptional guest experiences. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee 8–12 restaurant locations throughout Northern California. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role responsible for driving restaurant performance, profitability, operational excellence, and team development. The Area Manager will work closely with General Managers and their teams to ensure each restaurant consistently delivers strong results and an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the operations and performance of 8–12 restaurant locations, with annual sales ranging from approximately $750K–$2M per location * Coach, develop, and support General Managers while building strong, high-performing restaurant teams * Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance across the area * Manage key P&L metrics, including labor, food costs, and overall profitability * Conduct restaurant visits, operational reviews, and inspections to ensure brand standards are consistently met * Analyze restaurant performance, identify opportunities, and develop action plans to improve results * Ensure compliance with food safety requirements, labor laws, company policies, and all applicable regulations * Lead performance management, succession planning, training, and talent development * Partner with Training, Marketing, and other departments to successfully execute promotions, new products, and company initiatives * Maintain a strong presence in the field, working alongside restaurant teams and providing hands-on support when needed * Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutions across multiple locations * Maintain flexibility to support restaurant operations during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Qualifications * 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience, preferably within a high-volume quick-service or fast-casual environment * Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing General Managers and restaurant teams * Strong financial knowledge with experience managing P&Ls, labor, food costs, budgets, and profitability * Ability to identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions * Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment across multiple locations * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and restaurant POS systems * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required What We Offer * Competitive salary of $75,000–$90,000, based on experience * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid sick and vacation time * Flexible scheduling * Opportunities for continued growth and advancement * Supportive leadership and a strong team-focused culture If you are an experienced multi-unit restaurant leader who enjoys developing teams, improving operations, and driving results, we would love to hear from you.
