Primary duties include communicating directly with patients, scheduling, greeting, and checking patients in and out, facilities management, and answering in-bound calls.Primary DutiesAnswers incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, promptly responding to requests/inquiries or directing/triaging calls for clinical personnel.Greets patients and visitors in a welcoming and helpful manner.Obtains patient demographic information and accurately enters/updates EHRSchedules patient appointments, confirms future appointments, and ensures that all required follow-up is complete.Performs pre-visit chart audit reviewing for required documents/plan of care requirements.Explains insurance requirements (prescription, PCP appointment, delivery receipts, etc.) to patients/families and tracks to completion making follow-up outreach as needed.Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe environment for patients and visitors. Follows infection control safety guidelines.
