Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical condition, including range of motion, strength, balance, and functional limitations.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.Provide hands-on therapy 1 patient at a time, including therapeutic interventions for improved functional outcomes.Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and injury prevention strategies.Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals.Collaborate with other members of the rehabilitation team to ensure coordinated and effective care.Who We're Looking For: You are a positive, compassionate, and proactive Physical Therapist who thrives in an autonomous setting.
