Primer will ready them for the next.About The RoleThe Campus Coordinator ensures the campus runs smoothly every day. You are a flexible, steady presence who fills in wherever needed to keep students safe and the day on track. You support operations, family experience, safety, and logistics so Primer Leaders and Studio Guides can focus on teaching. You manage arrival, attendance, lunch, recess, facilities needs, and dismissal while keeping the campus organized, safe, and welcoming. You are the operational heartbeat of the school and a daily partner to the Campus Leader.ResponsibilitiesHelp hosting tours in coordination with Primer HeadquartersGreet families and support daily arrival routinesTake attendance and manage morning logisticsSupport classrooms and Studio Guides with operational needsMonitor hallways, bathrooms, recess, and shared spaces for safetyAssist with setup, supplies, copies, and materialsCommunicate daily updates and concerns to the Campus LeaderMaintain campus cleanliness and organization throughout the daySupport lunch, recess, and transitionsManage dismissal routines and verify student pickupFlag facilities needs and follow safety proceduresWhat We’re Looking ForIdeally, 2+ years of related experienceWarm, welcoming presence with families and studentsHighly reliable, organized, and consistentFlexible and able to support wherever neededStrong communicator who notices detailsCalm under pressure and able to multitaskProactive—solves problems before they escalateWhy this role may not be a fitYou prefer remote or independent workYou avoid routine or hands-on operational tasksYou struggle managing multiple priorities in real timeYou need step-by-step instruction instead of taking initiativeYou are uncomfortable with supervision duties (arrival, recess, dismissal)Primer is a mission-first company.
