Adult Day Manager

(ESGW) is launching a new Adult Day Program in Kalispell, expanding services into Northwest Montana and building on successful programs in other communities. The Adult Day Manager drives the program's daily momentum by overseeing private pay, Medicaid, and private insurance services, supervising staff, supporting engaging activities, and maintaining required licensure and certifications. It ensures policies and procedures stay current with State and federal standards, maintains strong community relationships, promotes a positive safety culture, and keeps services high-quality and responsive. The position is also responsible for recruiting, hiring, orienting, and supervising all program staff.Kalispell offers a high quality of life with strong community connections, short commutes, and access to year-round outdoor recreation, including proximity to Glacier National Park. This position provides the opportunity to build a meaningful program, develop a strong team, and make a lasting impact in a community where services truly matter, and leadership is visible and valued.ResponsibilitiesLeadership and OperationsSupport program startup while following established ESGW systems and standardsMonitor enrollment, staffing, and fiscal performanceEnsure compliance with state, federal, and funding source requirementsCollaborate with senior leadership on operational systems, policies, and proceduresStaffing and Team DevelopmentEnsure client-specific training, documentation training, and safety requirements are completedEnsure First Aid and CPR certification is maintained for all staffParticipant Services and Program QualityDevelop individual plans of care with participant and family inputOversee daily activities that meet participant needs and the State of Montana requirementsEnsure accurate and complete records using Therap or designated electronic health record systemsSafety and EnvironmentMaintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environmentCommunity and Stakeholder RelationsBuild and maintain relationships with referral sources, community partners, and State agenciesQualifications & ExperienceEducation and or experience supporting adults with disabilities or individuals requiring special careBachelor’s degree preferredCurrent LPN licensure in the State of Montana preferredEducation and/or experience working with individuals requiring special care in adult care programs preferredAdditional RequirementsAbility to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and communityPhysically and mentally able to perform job dutiesMust pass a DMV checkAll positions require the completion of a background check.
