National Site Manager
Position SummaryResponsible to provide onsite management and coordination of the installation team on Stiles projects.Essential FunctionsIndependent onsite management of projectsManagement and coordination of the installation teamFulfillment of the contractually agreed installation termsInstructing the installation team in product-specific featuresOversee subcontractors on the project siteCoordinate with Project Manager on project milestonesProblem-solve and drive resolution of any installation issuesRecording and tracking of quality and defectsBudget responsibility for project site activitiesLeading internal installation meetings and meetings with suppliers and customersDocumentation of processes and progress in weekly reportsResponsible for supplier management to additional/reduced cost management for the installation scopesEnsure all compliance and safety protocols are in place and being adhered toQualificationsTechnical education including, but not limited to: master craftsman, mechatronics, electrical engineering or equivalentExperience as a site manager for complex machines and systems, preferredExtensive knowledge of MS Office programsExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenWillingness to travel domestically / internationallySkills & AbilitiesComputer SkillsSelf-StarterAbility to multi-task and adapt to changing prioritiesLeadership skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationAttention to detail w/follow-throughMS Office SuiteProprietary systems as requiredUnderstanding of American and Metric measurements.Knowledge of panel processing and/or furniture/cabinet productionWORK ENVIRONMENTCustomer SitesTravel by Plane and/or Automobile
