AV Support Manager
**This position is contingent upon contract award at this time.** Located in Washington DC. The AV Support Manager is responsible for managing and delivering enterprise audio‑visual services supporting a government client with enterprise AV conference rooms, executive meetings, and mission based events. Responsibilities:Manage and support the day to day operations across a government client site. Coordinate for executive level meetings, and high impact events and briefings. Provide technical support and guidance for junior AV support staff. Maintain vendor and facility relationships. Provide AV system troubleshooting and support and track performance and metrics. Support for AV related activities to include troubleshooting, maintenance, and firmware/software upgrades. Experience5+ years supporting govt and or enterprise level AV systems2+ years supporting executive level staff (Preference for govt systems)Certifications and technical experience desiredCTS certificationManufacturer specific certification (Crestron, Extron, Q-sys, Biamp etc)Mid level Audio DSP Certifications (Biamp, Extron, etc) (Troubleshooting Experience)ITIL or some IT Certifications helpful Experience supporting soft codec applications (Teams, Zoom, Webex, Pexip, etc)Networking experience helpfulPhysical and Human Performance RequirementsCommunication skills are a must haveAbility to talk to executive staff with plain verbal communication (No acronyms). Lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds as needed. Some AV Troubleshooting may require you to work on a ladder or under floor tiles. Work and decision making independently and delegate to support personnel. Possess strong attention to detail skills, organization, and reporting skills.
