Job DescriptionKey Components of the roleBe a part of the broader technical team commercialization programs Like: RAPID, STAR, Technical Feasibility Scans, HACCP etc.Lead the partnership with cross-functional teams for the delivery of key Innovation from concept to execution.Engage Procurement and Business partners to align on overall annual business goals for category and consumer.Monitor initial consumer feedback regarding new product launch until hand offCoordinate post launch review including 30/60/90-day review for new product launchesMonitor, track and report progress against copack quality goals to key stakeholders (i.e. RDQI Leads, Quality and Procurement Directors, etc.)Work with Food Safety team to conduct food safety and spoilage risk assessments for new productsCollaborate with Core EM team members to review Co-Pack Programs- GMPs, Allergen Management, Lab and Analytical support, etc. for Platinum Rules Compliance and support the New Site Approval processEnsure compliance of Kraft Heinz Quality Programs, Platinum rules/ Golden rules Compliance, Adherence to Quality Safety Policies (QSPs)Work with Co-packers on implementing Platinum rule action plans and file exceptions to support Business critical project time lines.Other duties/ projects as assigned.ProficiencyHACCP Compliance and Execution; Compliance with KHC and FSMA RequirementsWeight Control Ongoing Execution and ComplianceRegulatory or 3rd Party Audit SupportFactory, EM or Supplier Assessment (e.g., QRMP, Platinum/Golden Rules) or Audit SupportSupport to category and communication:Special Situations Investigations, On-Site Factory Assessments (Boots on the ground)Communication/Issue Escalation to Quality Leadership or Key Shared Stakeholders (e.g., Risk Management)Supplier Quality-Non-Conforming Raw Material Escalation and SupportQualifications:BS Degree in Food Science, Animal Science, Microbiology or other related fieldFood safety and regulatory requirementsSupplier expectations in Food Safety, Regulatory and QualityFundamental statistics (DMAIC Process/DFSS/Lean/Metrology/MSA/Sampling Procedures)5 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or CPGExperience in plant and/or corporate qualityExperience in RDQIOur Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz' strategy and values.New Hire Base Salary Range:$104,200.00 - $130,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factorsBenefits: Coverage for employees (and their eligible dependents) through affordable access to healthcare, protection, and saving for the future, we offer plans tailored to meet you and your family's needs.
