We believe everyone deserves to have their best body today and pursue their best life now.Supply Chain Savings AnalystThe Supply Chain Savings Analyst will play a key role in initiating, implementing, and tracking cost savings across the medical supply and office supply spend categories with a primary focus on ensuring that spend per surgery does not exceed the budget. In this role the analyst will spend 50% of the time analyzing spend and contracts, identifying cost savings opportunities, and tracking metrics. The other 50% of the time will be spent actively driving cost savings projects and building tools to improve management of spend per surgery.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAnalyzes data from various sources including purchasing, financial, and patient appointment systems to identify potential savings opportunitiesDevelops and tracks metrics including savings, spend per surgery, and spend per line of businessBuilds tools to control spend throughout the organization, highlight problem areas, and illustrate savings deliveredWorks with Supply Chain Managers to conduct strategic sourcing events to drive cost optimization and business process improvementAnalyzes and evaluates supplier proposals, should-cost models, total cost of ownership, and total cost of changeEvaluates supplier proposals, should-cost models, total cost of ownership, and total cost of changeReviews invoices to ensure pricing is accurate and works to resolve price discrepanciesUpdates purchasing system data with price changesWorks collaboratively with AP for invoice payment issuesManages supplier contracts and ensures pricing is reflected accurately in the purchasing system (Envi) and ensures no lapse in coverage due to expiration dates.Evaluates internal and external benchmarking data to identify value beyond acquisition costs addressing all components of the Total Cost of OwnershipMonitors market factors and potential impact on pricing and develops mitigation strategies.Tracks and reports actual cost savings delivered on a monthly basis for the prior month and estimated for a full twelve-month period.Education, Experience And Skills RequiredBachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, or a related fieldProficient in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Office suite5-10 years of experience procurement/purchasing or financial analysis experience in medical (preferred), retail, grocery, restaurant, or similarExperience with ERP/MRP systems highly preferredHighly motivated with an entrepreneurial, proactive, and innovative mindsetAbility to maintain ethical and professional relations with suppliersExcellent time management, communication, and decision-making skillsWork EnvironmentWork onsite at the Corporate Office in Bellevue, WA for a minimum of 3 days a week. May work in remote office locations on Wednesdays and Fridays.CompensationAt Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success.
