SAP S4HANA PBC ConsultantDescription:A PBC (Position Budget Control) Consultant specializes in implementing and configuring budget control solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments, particularly for public sector organizations. This role focuses on ensuring proper integration between Funds Management, HR/OM, and Finance modules while aligning with SAP S/4HANA best practices and moving away from legacy ECC-centric approachesResponsibilities: Review and contribute to PBC configuration during the Realization phase, ensuring proper integration with core SAP modules and adherence to S/4HANA public sector best practicesTechnical Skills: 3-6 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA in consulting, development, or support roles, preferably with Business Content (SAP Best Practices) [2]Development Experience: 3-5 years of ABAP and ABAP OO programming experience for custom development and system enhancements SystemConfiguration: Configure Position Budget Control solutions aligned with SAP S/4HANA standard capabilities and best practicesIntegration Management: Ensure seamless integration between PBC, Funds Management, HR/Organizational Management, and Finance modules. We also need to ensure that the consultant can help integrate PBC with SF EC.There a native integration that can be leverage and needs to be configured.
