Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems Perform repairs, maintenance, and system evaluations Educate customers on system condition and solutions Present repair vs replacement options when needed Identify opportunities for upgrades (IAQ, filters, surge protectors, etc.) Work closely with install and sales teams Document work clearly and professionally Deliver a strong customer experience on every call Keep learning — every call is a chance to improve What We NeedMust Have EPA Certification (or currently in process for graduates) Bilingual (English / Spanish) Valid Driver’s License Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Good communication skills Positive attitude and coachable mindset Nice to Have 1+ years HVAC experience Sales or customer service experience Familiarity with residential systems Who This Is For Recent HVAC graduates ready to get in the field Techs who want to earn more through performance People tired of companies that don’t train or support them Individuals who want to grow into top earners in the trade Apply Today We’re hiring before the summer rush hits.
