Role Description The General Manager will oversee daily operations, driving efficiency, productivity, and profitability at the Manassas, VA branch. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring safety compliance, developing relationships with key stakeholders, setting and achieving sales goals, and analyzing financial data to optimize performance. The General Manager will also lead strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes. This is a full-time, on-site role, providing an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic, results-driven team. Qualifications Proven leadership and team management skills, with a record of driving performance and engagement.Strong operational and financial management skills, including budget oversight and analytical decision-making.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to partner with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.Experience in strategic planning, goal setting, and process improvement initiatives.Proficiency in business software, including CRM tools and productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.Knowledge or experience in the building materials or construction industry is a plus.Commitment to fostering a safe workplace and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
