This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to step into a leadership role in the future.Compensation PackageSalary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.Health Benefits: 100% health insurance coverage for the employee.Paid Time Off: 15 days of combined PTO and sick leave, plus 12 floating days per year.ResponsibilitiesManage and service complex accounts with premiums exceeding $100,000, including contractors, trucking, and generalist accounts.Handle accounts from start to finish ("soup to nuts") with minimal supervision.Quote new and renewal business with both standard and E&S nonstandard carriers.Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.Collaborate with team members and contribute to the overall success of the agency.Demonstrate leadership potential with the opportunity to grow into a department manager role.Complete assigned tasks efficiently and independently, ensuring high-quality results.Qualifications/RequirementsMinimum of 7 years of experience in commercial lines insurance; 10+ years preferred.Proven ability to manage complex accounts and work with both standard and E&S nonstandard carriers.Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, including quoting and renewing business.Experience with EPIC software is a plus but not required.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A track record of providing outstanding client service and building lasting relationships.
