Director Of F&B Outlet Operations Upscale Hotel seeks an accomplished Director of F&B Outlet Operations to lead its Food & Beverage Outlets and Events Teams to exceed guest expectations. The ideal candidate will currently hold the position of F&B Manager at a large 4 or 5-Star Hotel/Resort or a Director of Banquets at a 4 or 5-Star Hotel/Resort and/or Conference Center. Benefits: Salary - $75,000 to $85,000 Bonus Relocation Assistance Health insurance Life insurance Free Parking Shift Meals PTO immediately Company Discounts Responsibilities: Leads the execution of the highest quality of food, beverage, and service related to all outlets and banquet & event areas Provides leadership and coordination of all activities of the assigned Banquet department team Sets and maintains training standards throughout the department Spearheads the coordination of banquet service needs with food production Promotes effective communication within and between departments to ensure proper servicing of guests' expectations Embodies the highest level of professionalism and hospitality in guest relations in all guest contact. Interacts with banquet department associates as needed for guest service purposes Controls all costs and expenses to ensure budgetary and forecasted guidelines are met Manages accurate banquet function records and banquet checks Conducts monthly departmental meetings - F&B, BEO, Special Events, Quality, and Dept. Head meetings Requirements: Fine Dining experience is a MUST! Minimum of High school education Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related 3-5 years of experience in a full-service high-end hotel or resort with high-volume Banquets & Events Union operation experience preferred Ability to multitask and manage many tasks
