Research & Innovation: Collaborate with the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality. Clinical Guidance – supported by the Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team featuring leading clinicians. Continuing Education – minimum 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, funds for additional training, and 2 paid days off for CEU events. Your Role Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high‑quality ABA therapy services. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. Foster a culture of teamwork, self‑improvement, and professional development within the center. Training & Development Our training is built on three core principles.
