Compensation:
$50,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims
Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business
Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible
Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies
Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred
Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred
Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus
Ability to be punctual. Clients must have the confidence that we will be accountable to them, as well as serve the purpose of ensuring we will be able to attend company training calls as agents.
