Executive Chef/Wood-fired Pizzeria Ownership opportunity

Job: Chef Partner – 30%+ Ownership Opportunity Wood-Fired Pizzeria, Italian Small Plates & Event Catering Great Northern | Williston, ND We are seeking the right chef partner or chef-led team to launch and co-own a wood-fired pizzeria and Italian small-plates concept, paired with exclusive in-house catering for Great Northern Events. This is a true ownership opportunity (20% or more equity) for the right person — not a salaried position. We are ready to move immediately. Concept Includes: Wood-fired artisan / Neapolitan-style pizza Italian small plates (seasonal, sharable, high-margin) Menu designed to scale from restaurant service to events Built-In Catering & Events: The restaurant is paired with Great Northern Events, an established venue hosting weddings, corporate events, private dinners, and live music. The chef partner will lead exclusive in-house catering, including wood-fired pizza service and Italian family-style or plated menus. Ownership & Partnership: 30%+ equity ownership for the right chef/operator Profit participation from restaurant and catering Opportunity to grow ownership over time Ownership Partner Provides: Build-out, equipment, capital investment, licensing, venue, and brand Chef Partner Leads: Kitchen operations, menu development, staffing, and all catering execution Ideal Candidate: Strong kitchen leadership and execution Pizza and/or Italian cuisine experience preferred Ability to build and lead a team ASAP Long-term ownership mindset Chef teams encouraged to apply.
