ERP Systems Analyst (Infor CSI / Syteline)Location: Los Angeles, CA (Full-Time Onsite)Salary Guide: ~$125,000 + BenefitsA well-established manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced ERP Systems Analyst to support and optimise its Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/Syteline) environment.This is a hands-on role focused on ERP support, process improvement, system optimisation, and long-term ERP transformation initiatives within a complex manufacturing and supply chain environment.The successful candidate will act as an internal ERP subject matter expert, working closely with operational and business stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and customer operations.Key Responsibilities:• Day-to-day support and optimisation of Infor CSI / Syteline• Functional troubleshooting across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, planning, and finance• ERP configuration, workflows, reporting, and system enhancements• Support integrations, data flows, and connected applications• Participate in ERP upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives• Support future cloud and modernisation projects• Work closely with users to improve business processes and ERP utilisation• Provide user support, documentation, and training where requiredRequirements:• Strong hands-on experience with Infor CSI / Syteline• Experience supporting manufacturing and supply chain ERP environments• Good understanding of ERP configuration, integrations, and business processes• Ability to troubleshoot complex cross-functional ERP issues• Experience with IDOs, workflows, reporting, APS, or integrations is advantageous• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsPackage & Benefits:• Salary guide around $125,000• Medical, dental & vision coverage• 401(k) programme• PTO and holiday entitlement• Training and professional development support• Stable long-term opportunity within a growing manufacturing environmentPlease note:This is a full-time onsite position and requires regular on-site presence in Los Angeles, CA.
