In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the movement of goods for domestics and international shipments from suppliers to customers in a timely, cost-effective, and compliant manner.As a global business our close and collaborative teamwork in a dynamic, fast paced environment partnering across a broad range of internal/external customer on freight and shipping requirements.In addition but not limited to,Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including scheduling pickups and deliveriesBooking shipments across multiple carriers and freight forwardersCommunicate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and warehousesEnsure compliance with company policies, carrier requirements, and trade regulationsAbout youWe are looking for an experience logistics professional with a background in working in domestic/international freight management who is looking for a opportunity that offers, diversity, global partnering, working in a team driven environment; Where your passion and skills can contribute and impact the success of you, your team and the company's success.Knowledge & Experience Required:Prior experience in shipping both Domestic and International, logistics, or supply chain coordinationKnowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures and documentationPrior experience in a mining logistics environment would be desirable not essentialIntermediate computer literacy skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, displaying agility in changing priorities or helping find solutions.Prior experience working with multiple freight careers domestic and international is desired.Proven success in collaborating in a customer centric, solution focused engagementValid Australian working rights: Permanent Resident or Australian CitizenKnowledge and Experience - Desired:Dangerous Goods TrainedProficiency with ERP System- SAPDiploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fieldTransportation management systems (TMS)At Hexagon we are a fast growing innovative and dynamic business that will offer you endless opportunities you seek - Whether you're looking to take the first step or the next challenge in your career, you've come to the right placeNot sure if you meet all the qualifications for this role?
