Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst

Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution and merger consequences analyses.Conduct target screening, industry research, and valuation benchmarking to support pipeline development.Lead financial due diligence workstreams; quality of earnings review, working capital analysis, normalization adjustments and synergy quantification.Create and monitor business performance metrics of deals, including key performance indicator tracking, profitability analysis and trend analysis.Support post-close integration tracking – synergy realization, purchase accounting and performance vs. deal thesis.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field required.Minimum of 4 years' experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, corporate finance or related field.Experience with financial modeling, valuation, and analytical problem-solving.Demonstrated quantitative and analytical mindset.Ability to work in fast-paced environments while managing competing priorities.Strong collaboration skills and team-oriented mindset.Ability to travel occasionally as needed.Competitive 401(k) matchWellness program promoting balanced lifestylesHealth care, vision, dental, paid time offOpportunity to participate in a bonus system that rewards performanceJ-18808-Ljbffr
