Compensation:
Regenis is looking for a talented Assistant Controller to join the team full-time. The compensation range for this role is $95k-$110k annually dependent upon experience and qualifications.

Essential Job Functions:
Manage Accounts Payable staff for oversight of core accounting function.
Manage Accounts Receivable process – to include raising invoices and posting payments.
Issues performance reviews for direct report
Maintain and enforce a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
Ensure accounts payable are paid in timely manner
Ensure accounts receivable are collected promptly
Partner with stakeholders (internal and external) for monthly billing and submission to customers
Participate in month end close process, to include: recording journal entries, preparing and filing various regulatory reports and financial statement preparation
Partner with department leaders, executives, project managers and others to provide pertinent financial information for timely decision making and process improvement
Ensure periodic bank and other reconciliations are completed timely
Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for annual audits
Comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
Drive and implement process change by working with internal and external stakeholders
Additional duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Advanced understanding of financial software, auditing and budget development
Demonstrates team building and interpersonal skills by maintaining positive, collaborative, and constructive interpersonal relationships with team
Adapts to changes in work assignments and environment, is willing to assume additional responsibility and learn new processes
Ability to work closely with senior management team
Computer literate with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
4 years of progressively responsible accounting experience for a major company or division of large corporation
Certified Public Accountant certification or other designation (CMA, CGA) preferred
A successful candidate for this position must be able to pass a background check and produce a negative drug test.
Location
This in-person position will be based at the Company’s Lynden, Washington location.
