This full-time, on-site role is designed for an experienced insurance professional who can manage and grow an established book while also leading a team. This position is open due to continued agency growth and requires someone who can step in immediately, deliver measurable results, and help elevate overall team performance.Core Responsibilities:Manage and grow an established book of businessConduct proactive policy reviews and identify coverage gapsDrive cross-sell growth across auto, home, and life insurance linesMaintain strong client retention through consistent relationship managementServe as a liaison between clients and internal team members to ensure seamless serviceEngage with both existing clients and new prospects, including cold and warm opportunitiesResolve complex client concerns with confidence and ownershipContribute to workflow efficiency and scalable agency growth initiativesPerformance in this role is measured by client retention, cross-sell growth within the existing client base, new premium production, and overall contribution to agency revenue and operational effectiveness.
