This role is responsible for administration, management, and level II support of OT network infrastructure systems globally. Applicants must have strong English speaking skills and need to possess a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in IT related field and/or 3+ years of practical work experience and applicable technical training/certifications.Key Performance Objectives:Short Term (0-6 months):Learn KEI Guiding Principles, philosophies, and cultural attributesDevelop technical relationships with key IT contactsBuild and maintain business relationships with Business Unit contactsFamiliarization with current KEI network environment and processesJumpstart and acclimate into ongoing OT Network Operations project workAcclimate to KEI IT processes, monitoring, and systemsImmediate involvement in global deployment of Claroty toolSupport business operations and initiatives as neededGain familiarity with IT standards and security practices, maintaining and providing feedback for necessary changesUnderstand existing firewall policy implementation practices and proceduresMid to Long Term (6+ months):Support projects related to OT security and operationsIdentify opportunities to improve or automate existing KEI processes and systemsLead projects for OT Network Operations teamExpand existing documentation of processesSupport upcoming projects related to micro segmentation architectureIdentify industry trends that KEI could leverageSupport and implement processes and solutions with a goal of building a Continuous Improvement environmentExpanded familiarity with OT and IT Network environment and opportunities for improvement to align with KEI business needsPreferred candidates will have considerable experience and qualifications with the following:TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGPCisco network devicesClaroty Platform solutionsNetwork Security FundamentalsGrafana DashboardsPalo Alto and Fortiweb FirewallsPublic Cloud networkingCybersecurity best practicesCisco ISEDon’t meet every single requirement?
