This role will work closely with Payroll and IT teams to establish accurate processes for overtime tracking and compliance reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and track employee overtime data in compliance with OBBBA requirementsCollaborate with Payroll and IT teams to design and implement tracking processesAnalyze and report overtime by employee and by weekEnsure accuracy and compliance in all financial and payroll reportingSupport development of systems or tools to improve data tracking and reporting efficiencyAssist with documentation and reporting for audit and compliance purposesProvide insights and recommendations to improve payroll tracking processesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or related financial field5+ years of experience in accounting and/or payrollKnowledge of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA)Strong analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in public sector or government environmentsFamiliarity with payroll systems and data reporting toolsExperience working with Police/Fire department payroll processes
