Job DetailsDescriptionEssential Functions: Maintain electronic personnel files while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance standards. Assist in processing new-hire onboarding tasks, including HRIS entry Support background checks, drug screens, orientation scheduling, and pre-employment communication. Coordinate information flow across sites to ensure alignment and timely completion of HR requirements Support payroll preparation through data accuracy checks and coordination with site teams and Shared Services Assist with compliance activities such as tracking training, file audits, and safety documentation Support recruitment activities across the manufacturing sites Provide general administrative support to the HR team as neededAdditional Responsibilities Assist as needed to cover front office/reception activities Assist as needed on HR project work Any other duties as assignedEducation/Experience RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferredAdministrative experience required; HR support experience preferredStrong organizational, communication, and computer skillsAbility to handle confidential informationComfortable supporting multiple sites
