Payroll Analyst (Boston Back Bay) ($80K + bonus)

Payroll Analyst | Boston, MAWe’re partnering with a leading global private investment firm (~$200B+ AUM) to hire a Payroll Analyst to join an established and high-performing finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to deepen their payroll expertise in a complex, multi-entity environment while working closely with both Finance and HR.What You’ll Do:Process multi-state, bi-weekly payroll for 1,000+ employeesManage payroll operations through ADP (WorkForce Now preferred)Prepare off-cycle and manual payments as neededRecord payroll activity in the general ledger and reconcile accountsMaintain 401(k) elections, benefits, and payroll deductionsPartner with HR and Finance on payroll-related projectsRespond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issuesSupport audits and ensure compliance with internal controlsWhat They’re Looking For:3–5 years of payroll experienceExperience with ADP (WorkForce Now preferred) and WorkdayStrong Excel and Microsoft Office skillsClose attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive informationStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyAbility to operate in a fast-paced, multi-entity environmentWhy This Role:Join a top-tier investment platform with a collaborative cultureWork across Finance and HR with strong visibilityExposure to complex payroll structures and systemsStable team with opportunity for growth and developmentCompensation: $70K – $80K baseIf you are interested in this role, please reach out to Kyle Archer at
