Amusement Route Technician

For more information, please visit www.accelentertainment.com.Job DescriptionThe primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the collection of amusement machines owned/operated by the Company and located in contracted establishments, as well as assisting in other areas as needed.Duties and Responsibilities:Perform amusement collections per assigned routeCheck and maintain appropriate amusement supplies, plush, pool cues, etc. at all assigned locationsAdhere to assigned amusement collection scheduled routes, work with supervisor should changes be needed prior to changingUse collection software fluentlyProvide preventative maintenance, i.e., cleaning amusement equipment, check for broken or not working machines at locations when collecting.Complete projects as assignedMaintain positive relations with customersPerform wellness checks daily at assigned locations when not collecting, speaking with owners and establishment staffMaintain compliance across assigned routes, i.e. licensing stickers. Communicate any issues to supervisor.Communicate to supervisor and work with Service to address route needsOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent, one to three years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experiencePrevious cash handling experienceRoute collections experienceMust be smart phone/I-pad literateWilling to drive extensively dailyMust have a valid Driver's LicenseAbility to work independently or as part of a teamVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing prioritiesMinimum of 21 years of ageAbility to obtain and/or maintain a Terminal Handler's License from the Illinois Gaming BoardPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentSit for prolonged periodsAbility to pass licensing by the Illinois Gaming BoardCalculate figures and amountsAnalyze financial dataFrequently required to sitFrequently required to talk or hearOccasionally required to lift/push light weights more than 50 poundsUtilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboardExposure to moving mechanical partsExposure to outside weather conditionsThe noise level in the work environment usually is moderateExtensive driving may be requiredContinually required to utilize hand and finger dexterityContinually required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawlSpecific vision abilities required for this job include [close vision, distance vision, peripheral, depth, and ability to adjust or focusExposure to extreme heat or coldBase Pay Range: $20.00 per hourThis range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position.
