Partial Services CoordinatorThe Partial Services Coordinator is a full-time clinical professional who manages referral, admission, care coordination, and discharge processes for child and adolescent partial program services. This role will also support medical care services coordination, clear pharmaceutical communication with providers and families, and medical education to help ensure safe, informed treatment planning.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, schools, community agencies, and behavioral health partners.Respond to referral inquiries, request and review clinical information, and determine initial medical necessity eligibility.Coordinate referral, admission, transition, and discharge processes across program sites.Enter and track referral, insurance, and authorization information in the EHR and related systems.Communicate referral and admission status with clinical leaders, psychiatrists, therapists, principals, and families.Support medical care services by coordinating case information, medical necessity details, and treatment access needs.Facilitate pharmaceutical communication with prescribing providers, treatment teams, and families regarding medication-related information.Provide medical education and guidance to families and referral partners to support informed participation in care.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Proficiency in EHR systems, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and virtual meeting platforms preferred.Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.Knowledge of referral, admission, insurance authorization, medical terminology, and discharge workflows.Ability to summarize medical necessity and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.Understanding of medical care services, pharmaceutical/insurance communication, and family-facing medical education.Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced clinical environments.Able and willing to travel locally 2-3 times/week.Education & Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree in nursing, psychology, social work, or related mental health and/or medical services field.Minimum of one year of experience (internship experience will be considered).Schedule: Flexible Hybrid
