This is to include the Sludge Dewatering System, Water Treatment System, Chemical Systems, and the Pump Station Systems. Along with a role in the Bleached Pulp Mill assisting with day-to-day operations, outages, etc.Provide support to Fiberline Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, OMC, and Shift Supervisors to ensure the daily and weekly needs of the department are met. Must work with the OMC to coordinate daily maintenance and scheduled outages in the WTP and support Outages in the BPM.Assists with making sure department is properly manned and trained. Conducts workforce training and aids in the qualification process covering the operation and troubleshooting of the equipment in the WWTP.Assist in generating ideas for submitting information for the development of capital and performance excellence projects.Assist with maintaining the department operating budget by tracking and adhering to costs associated with scheduled repairs and ordering of materials in their area.Assist with Safety, and PSM Audits and preparation to ensure compliance. Leading and assisting with cost initiative projects in your area.Meeting housekeeping requirements in your area.Helps troubleshoot problems in the department as needed.Help oversee the daily product quality and production as well as long-term improvements.Monitors and assists with enforcing all safety policies.Fulfilling Fiberline coverage/duty as needed.
